- S3: Will run only between Mammendorf and Pasing, and between Giesing and Holzkirchen.
- S4: Will operate solely between Geltendorf and Heimeranplatz.

Normal S-Bahn service across the Stammstrecke is expected to resume after 4 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.
