S4 Line: Grafrath – Geltendorf
- Disruption: Track work leading to timetable changes and bus replacement services.
- Dates: Continuously from Sunday, February 22 (11:30 PM) to Wednesday, March 4 (5:20 PM).
- Note: Regional trains will also be affected by these construction works.
S8 Line: Ostbahnhof – Johanneskirchen (Second Main Line Construction)
- Disruption: Rail replacement service (buses) between Ostbahnhof and Johanneskirchen. S-Trains will terminate at Leuchtenbergring.
- Recommendation: Deutsche Bahn (DB) advises transferring to the replacement service at Ostbahnhof due to a shorter walking distance.

- Friday, February 27 (10:30 PM) continuously until Monday, March 2 (4:30 AM)
- Friday, March 6 (10:30 PM) continuously until Monday, March 9 (4:30 AM)

S8 Line: Pasing – Donnersbergerbrücke (Trunk Line Construction)
- Disruption: Bus replacement service between Pasing and Donnersbergerbrücke.
- Dates: Wednesday/Thursday, February 18/19, from approximately 10:30 PM to 4:45 AM.
- Note: The S8 to/from the airport will start/end at Donnersbergerbrücke, and the S1 to/from Freising/Airport will start/end in Moosach.
S8 Line: Gilching-Argelsried – Herrsching (Maintenance)
- Disruption: Timetable changes and replacement service.
