The Girolive-Panthers had to clearly acknowledge on this evening that ALBA Berlin was superior in almost all aspects. While Osnabrück played without much imagination for long stretches and found few offensive solutions, Berlin impressed with team cohesion, strong defense, and high shooting accuracy from outside. The difference in strength was obvious: ALBA could rotate with a deep bench, while the Panthers struggled with a thin roster.
