Munich, Germany – IT services provider Nobix has announced a significant consolidation of its operations in Munich, marking a key step in the group’s ongoing strategic development. As of November 5, 2026, the company has officially integrated three previously acquired firms-Systemhaus Bissinger, Digital Mountain, and Rustler Bürosysteme-under the unified banner of Nobix Munich.

This move is designed to streamline operations and present a unified brand to customers. The Munich location now serves as the group’s second-most important hub, following its headquarters in Gundelfingen an der Donau. By centralizing core functions such as sales, marketing, human resources, and internal IT, the company expects to achieve significant cost efficiencies.

Strategic Growth in Bavaria

The Munich office currently employs 75 of the group’s 330 total staff members. The location holds strategic importance due to its proximity to major clients, including a prominent traditional brewery, a large hotel chain, and a significant charitable organization managing numerous care homes and kindergartens. Nobix Munich recently reported revenues of 25 million euros.

Nobix CEO Andreas Török emphasized the importance of the expansion: “The greater Munich area is one of Germany’s strongest economic regions with a clear focus on IT and technology. Our new representative office allows us to move closer to our customers and partners while gaining access to a deep pool of skilled talent. Munich is our ideal starting point for driving growth.”

Future Outlook and Infrastructure

To support its ambitious growth plans, Nobix is actively expanding its business units in cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. The new office space in Parkstadt-Schwabing, which covers 400 square meters, is equipped with modern, ergonomic workstations designed to foster both focused work and team collaboration. The facility also provides additional capacity for future acquisitions, supported by the Munich-based investor Liberta Partners.

The group has seen strong financial performance, with revenues rising from 52 million euros in 2024 to 75 million euros in 2025. With 13 locations across Germany, Nobix continues to strengthen its national footprint while leveraging the specific advantages of the Munich technology ecosystem.
