Berlin, June 12 – Brandenburg’s Transport Minister Robert Crumbach (SPD) has urged the air transport industry to pass on the recently approved reduction in the air travel tax to passengers. This call comes after the Federal Council approved plans for the tax cut, which will see flight tickets for departures from Germany taxed less heavily starting in July, with reductions ranging from 2.50 to 11.40 Euros per flight.
