Hamburg, July 29 – Four men have been arrested following an explosion in Hamburg’s Mönckebergstraße on Wednesday morning. The incident, which occurred at approximately 1:20 AM, caused significant damage to a fashion store entrance, shattering display windows and impacting the building’s structure. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Suspects Apprehended in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
Eyewitnesses reported seeing a man enter a waiting car and drive away moments after the detonation. Authorities successfully intercepted the getaway vehicle on the A24 near Stolpe in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
The four occupants, men aged between 19 and 50, were taken into custody. They are suspected of being responsible for the explosion.
