Sexual Assault in Munich’s P1 Nightclub: 54-Year-Old Tourist Arrested
Munich, September 28 – A 54-year-old tourist was provisionally arrested in the early hours of Monday morning at the prominent P1 nightclub in Munich’s Prinzregentenstraße following allegations of sexual assault. The incident involved a 25-year-old woman from Hanover, who reported being repeatedly groped by the man against her will.

The woman was celebrating at the club when, around 1:30 AM, another guest, identified as a 54-year-old tourist, allegedly touched her buttocks multiple times without her consent. Despite her clear requests for him to stop and leave her alone, the man reportedly continued his advances, eventually touching her in the intimate area.
Following these persistent unwelcome actions, the woman promptly informed the nightclub’s security staff. The security team then contacted the police, who arrived at the scene and took the 54-year-old into provisional custody.

After the completion of initial police procedures at the nightclub, the suspect was transferred to the detention facility of the Munich Police Headquarters. The case has been assigned to Precinct 15 (Kommissariat 15), which is now leading the ongoing investigations into the sexual assault.
