Leadership Change at Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin: Mario Bratović Takes Helm
Berlin, March 18 – Mario Bratović has officially assumed the role of General Manager at the Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin, effective February 16, 2026. Bratović, a native of Croatia, brings a wealth of experience in hotel management and team leadership, with a strong focus on service quality, structured operations, and team development. His appointment is expected to further strengthen the hotel’s position in Berlin’s dynamic conference and business market.
Extensive Experience in Hotel Operations
Prior to joining Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin, Bratović held significant operational leadership roles, including overseeing the Dorint Kurfürstendamm Berlin. He was also instrumental in several pre-opening and large-scale projects for Premier Inn, notably managing the flagship 403-room hotel at Alexanderplatz, one of the brand’s largest properties in Germany.
Throughout his career, Bratović has prioritized optimizing operational processes, building high-performing teams, and continuously advancing service and quality standards. These core competencies are anticipated to drive significant improvements and innovations at Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin.
Enhancing Guest and Event Experiences
As General Manager, Bratović’s primary objectives include further developing the guest experience and elevating service quality. He also identifies substantial potential in expanding the hotel’s presence within Berlin’s bustling conference and business segments.
“I am very much looking forward to further developing the Seminaris CampusHotel Berlin together with the team. Our goal is to create a place where modern work and event formats are just as natural as genuine hospitality and an open, inspiring atmosphere. Berlin offers a unique environment for this – and we want to make exactly this tangible for our guests in the house,” stated Mario Bratović.
A particular emphasis will be placed on refining the conference and event experience. The hotel’s flexible event spaces and contemporary work environments are well-suited for workshops, agile meetings, and both innovative and traditional conferences.
Strong Local Networking and Sustainability Initiatives
Bratović also highlights the importance of integrating into local networks. The hotel benefits from its close proximity to Freie Universität Berlin, fostering a strong exchange as a campus partner. The new General Manager plans to further expand the hotel’s presence within the Berlin MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) community, including strengthening ties with organizations such as visitBerlin.
Parallel to these efforts, plans are underway to expand partnerships with regional suppliers and more actively incorporate initiatives for sustainable meetings and green events into the Berlin event market. This holistic approach aims to sharpen the hotel’s profile, offering personalized support for event organizers, targeted staff training, and a commitment to regional partnerships and eco-friendly practices.
In summary, the focus for the coming months under General Manager Mario Bratović will be on refining the hotel’s service offerings, from bespoke event planning to staff development and fostering sustainable practices.
