Munich Gears Up for Third Annual ‘Radl-Dult’ Bike Festival on June 14

Munich is set to host its third annual ‘Münchner Radl-Dult’ bike festival on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 10 AM to 5 PM at Mariahilfplatz in the Au district. The event, centered around a large bike flea market, will offer a diverse program for all ages, attracting cycling enthusiasts and families alike.

Over 180 Stalls and Diverse Program

Visitors can expect over 180 stalls featuring a wide selection of used and new bicycles, as well as various cycling accessories. While regular stall registrations are closed, private individuals looking to sell one or two bicycles may inquire about available spots directly at the information point on the Dult grounds.

The ‘Radl-Dult’ will be officially opened at 1 PM by Deputy Mayor Mona Fuchs and Mobility Officer Georg Dunkel. The accompanying program promises a range of attractions, including exciting BMX shows, a spectacular bicycle looping demonstration, a bicycle blessing, and live music from groups such as the Express Brass Band.

Interactive Activities for All Ages

Beyond the main stage, numerous interactive activities will be available. Workshops, face painting for children, a reading lounge, and a cycling technique course invite attendees to participate and learn. Cargo bikes will be available for testing, and the bike-sharing service ‘MyRadl’ will also be showcased. Additionally, visitors can have their bicycles checked at the ‘Radl-Check’ station.

The project team behind Munich’s Olympic bid will also be present, providing information on sustainability and offering interactive activities. A selection of food trucks will ensure that visitors have plenty of food and drink options. Admission to the event is free.

Event Details and Further Information

The ‘Münchner Radl-Dult’ is organized by the Mobility Department of the City of Munich, aiming to promote cycling as a sustainable mode of transport and foster community engagement. The event is expected to draw a significant crowd, building on the success of previous editions.
