The youth office of Büchnerstadt Riedstadt, the youth welfare of Gernsheim, and the Auszeit Association are jointly organizing a trip to the federal capital from October 6 to 10, 2026. This offer is specifically designed for individuals aged 15 to 24.

Diverse Program: Politics, History, and Leisure

The itinerary for the trip is comprehensive, encompassing both political and historical themes, as well as various leisure activities. Participants can look forward to visits to significant sites such as the German Bundestag and the Berlin Wall Memorial, offering insights into Germany’s political landscape and its poignant history. Beyond these educational experiences, the program also aims to provide participants with ample opportunities to discover Berlin and its vibrant nightlife, fostering a well-rounded and engaging experience.

The group will travel to Berlin via ICE train, ensuring a comfortable and efficient journey. Accommodation for the four nights will be at the ‘3little Pigs’ Hostel. The participation fee for this enriching experience is 200 euros. This cost is inclusive of four nights’ accommodation, meals, and tickets for both the ICE train journey to and from Berlin, as well as public transport within the city. The organizers have also indicated that a reduction in the participation fee may be possible for those who require it, ensuring broader accessibility to this opportunity.
