Police Appeal for Public Assistance in Search for Missing Children

Hamburg, August 31 – Police in Hamburg are currently searching for two boys, aged ten and eleven, who have been reported missing from the Lurup district. Police Urge Immediate Contact for Sightings

In case of an immediate sighting of the missing boys, the public is urged to call the emergency police number 110 directly.

The disappearance of the two boys has prompted a significant response from the community, with many sharing the police appeal on social media platforms in an effort to broaden the search. The police emphasize the importance of every piece of information, no matter how small, in helping to bring the children home safely.

This incident follows other recent police activities in Hamburg, including an escalation of a dispute near the main train station resulting in a serious knife attack, a man falling from a bridge near an S-Bahn station, and a knife attack in Lohbrügge where a son prevented a SEK operation using sign language. These separate incidents highlight the ongoing challenges faced by law enforcement in the region.

The search for Mirzan and Olamide remains a top priority for the Hamburg Police, and they continue to work tirelessly to locate the missing children. The community’s cooperation is crucial in these critical hours.
