The Senate Department for Education, Youth, and Family announced that adult education in the capital has grown significantly in many areas, with a notable increase in course offerings.

In 2024, approximately 24,500 courses were offered at Berlin’s Volkshochschulen (adult education centers), a substantial increase from 2021.
